Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices may change. Taxes may apply based on your location.

3. Digital products & license

Purchases include access to digital content (e.g., generated hashtags, caption packs, templates, downloads).

• You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for personal or client projects.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage our files (CSV, templates, images) as a competing product or standalone download.
• You remain responsible for how you use the generated text (e.g., compliance with platform rules, trademarks).

4. Acceptable use

No scraping, reverse engineering, automated abuse, or use that harms the Service.

5. Intellectual property

All site materials, brand assets, and code are owned by us or our licensors. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

6. No warranties

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee any particular result (e.g., ranking or virality).

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Refunds

Digital goods are generally non-refundable. See the Refund Policy for exceptions (e.g., duplicate charge).

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved in a competent court of that jurisdiction.
