Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing from Wedding Hashtag Generator. Our products are digital content delivered instantly after payment. Because digital files cannot be returned, all sales are final.

Non-refundable items

  • Hashtag packs, caption packs, templates, and any other downloadable or generated content.
  • Payments completed via Stripe where the download link/page has been displayed or emailed.

Exceptions (we will help you)

We'll gladly resolve the following within 7 days of purchase:

  1. Duplicate or accidental multiple charges — we refund the duplicates.
  2. Fraudulent/unauthorized payment — please contact your card issuer and email us.
  3. Technical failure preventing access/download, and we cannot remedy it within a reasonable time.

How to request support

Email hello@weddinghashtaggenerator.net with:

  • Order email and Stripe receipt ID
  • Purchase date and plan (Basic/Pro/Ultimate)
  • A brief description of the issue

We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first — most issues can be solved quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting support may delay resolution.
